张泗端，号端石，中共党员，1953年生。当过知青、工人，戎马半生。毕业于解放军政治学院，首都师范大学中国书法文化研究院研究生课程班。现为中国楹联学会会员、国家民族画院书法家、中国书画院院聘书法家、全国学雷锋联盟艺术院执行院长。经故宫博物院书画鉴定专家评定的我国“当代最具收藏价值艺术家”之一。
